Drastic! Students Miss Out Lectures Due To Heavy Rainfall

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Students missed out their lectures today due to early morning downpour.

The rainfall which started at early morning hours was a hinderance on students for attending their lectures early, at most, being reluctant to go to school.

Chinonso Shedrack Onyido, a political science student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, said that students missed out their lectures today because of heavy rainfall and less transportation vehicles.

"Most students stayed at home because of the heavy rainfall this morning, there would be bad roads due to the heavy rainfall. Sometimes there's less transportation to carry students to school", he said.

He also lamented that Government should empower more transportation vehicles so that students can be able to meet up with their lectures. He also said that Government should work on the bad roads that leads to student's residential areas so as to be able to go to school.

According to Daniel Nneoma,  an economic student, " the weather for today is not conducive, so as rain fell, some students felt reluctant that there might not be lectures today".

He advised students to be more serious on their lectures and put more effort in attending lectures. He lamenting also that Government should provide more transportation vehicles for easy transportation movement.

The report revealed that doctors in Italy have been left baffled by the incident.
